Safety reminders when using Sauna

Sauna costs around 250 to 500 pesos in Manila area. Massage customers avails sauna services because it has a lot of good benefits. 

The average usage of Sauna is until 15 minutes. It is a must to drink water after using a sauna to re-hydrate.

Despite rumours that it is has a bad effect sauna is still a best way to produce sweat.

When I had a cough last week and felt having severe fever, I tried going to a spa where they have a sauna inside.

Thanks to Authentic Thai Spa for having a very well maintained sauna bath.

My fever was gone and I felt so good after.

Just remember these few safety reminders when going to SAUNA.


  • Stay in no more than 15–20 minutes.
  • Cool down gradually afterward.
  • Drink two to four glasses of cool water after each sauna.
  • Don’t take a sauna when you are very ill
